Studio
The studio apartment is intended for 2+1 persons. With a surface area of 25 square meters, the studio includes a double bed, a studio couch seating three and a kitchen, all in a single unit. The apartment has a 10 square meter balcony with a view of the sea and the terrace of the beach bar Nela.
One-room apartment
The one-room apartment is intended for 2+1 persons. It includes a living room/kitchen with studio couch seating three as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The living room/kitchen has an area of 15 square meters, while the bedroom has an area of 16 square meters. The balcony (10 square meters) has a view of the sea and the terrace and pine trees around Beach Bar Nela.
Two-room apartment
The two-room apartment is intended for 2+2 persons. The apartment has two bedrooms with a surface area of 12 sq m and a double bed in each. The kitchen area (15 sq m) is equipped with a cooking surface with two electric burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (refrigerator capacity is 186 l and freezer capacity is 44 l) and tableware.
Large two-room apartment
The large two-room apartment is intended for 4+1 persons. The two bedrooms (12 and 16 sq m respectively) have double beds, whereas a studio couch seating three and a kitchen are located in the third room (18 sq m).
