Our general office (as well as Villa Nela, The Bungalow and Pirat) is in Petrčane, a small tourist resort just 12 km northwest of Zadar and 23 km from the airport. What was once a fishermen village is now a highly attractive tourist resort, first and foremost due to its geographical location.

Petrčane is located in an idyllic small bay surrounded by historical towns (Nin, Zadar, Biograd), National parks (Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka, Kornati) and Nature parks (Telašćica and Vrana).

Our Villa Kayo is located in Sukošan, a tourist resort 10 km from Zadar and 8 km from the airport. Sukošan was also a fishermen village, but today it is a popular resort with one of the most famous marinas on the Adriatic coast, Marina Dalmacija.
